Shipping & Return Policy

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your location within India, your order should reach you within 3 to 7 business days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a SMS and email from us once your order has been dispatched with the tracking AWB number. Click on that to check your package’s current location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on request. Email us at support@allurebox.in with your requirement and complete shipping address and we will get back to you with a shipping quote from our courier partner. Or call +91-9717010093 from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Mondays to Saturdays.

RETURN & CANCELLATION

What is AllureBox return and refund policy?

Our return is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms –

  • A wrong product has been dispatched 
  • If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be able to send back the product safely, the customer must have the original packaging available with him/her. 

You can reach us at support@allurebox.in to initiate replacements. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue.

Please note these points: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product, even if it is broken, damaged, or defected.

We do not process refunds in any case. We replace the same or any other product of the same or lower value in any of the above-mentioned cases.

How do I exchange an item?

Email us at support@allurebox.in with your order number and details of the item within 4 days from the date of delivery or call +91-9717010093 from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Mondays to Saturdays.

I have received a damaged product. What do I do?

In case you have received a damaged or defective product let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged piece. Email us at support@allurebox.in or call +91-9717010093 from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Mondays to Saturdays.

How do I cancel my order?

The order can be cancelled only if it hasn’t already been shipped. Email all details along with your order number to support@allurebox.in or call +91-9717010093 from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Mondays to Saturdays.

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?

After order cancellation, the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 7-10 working days post refund initiation. Please email us your bank account details so we can start the process. If you are returning the goods for any reason, the amount will be transferred back to after we receive the goods back in the warehouse.

When will the refund reach my account?

Once we receive the items in good condition in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund which will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days. In all cases, the refund will be made via bank transfer and not by cash.

Will the GST amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?

Yes, the entire GST amount will be refunded in case of cancellation/return.
